9/26/18 All ballots have been printed. Delivery 9/25 thru 9/27.

9/28-10/01 Initial review of programming, corrections made, burned all devices
10/02/18 9a Initial Testing at County.
10/03/18 11:16a Initial Testing complete, voting devices and ballots are released to the local
clerks, Ballots can be mailed out.
10/03/18 11:30a Begin Preliminary Testing
10/03/18 AV ballots mailed from Clarendon Twp.
10/04/18 AV ballots mailed from Albion City (Pcts. 1-4), Springfield City, Twps of Albion.,
Bedford (half), Eckford, Emmett (Pcts. 1-3), Fredonia, Homer, Lee, Leroy (first
part), Marshall, Sheridan and Tekonsha.
10/05/18 AV ballots mailed from Albion City (Pcts. 5 & 6), Battle Creek City, Marshall City,
Twps. of Burlington, Clarence, rest of Leroy, Marengo and Newton.
10/06/18 AV ballots mailed from Convis Twp.
10/08/18 AV ballots mailed from Athens Twp.
10/09/18 AV ballots mailed from Bedford (half), Emmett (part of Pct. 4), and Pennfield Charter

PUBLIC NOTICE: The CALHOUN COUNTY BOARD OF CANVASSERS will meet Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the Calhoun County Clerk and Register of Deeds Office, 315 West Green Street, Marshall, Michigan, Room 2-100a. (Election Division area)
The purpose of this meeting is to review and certify election results of the November 6, 2018 General Gubernatorial Election.
The meeting will convene at 1:00 p.m., is open to the public and an opportunity for
public comments will be provided. The Canvassers will reconvene as necessary until results are certified as Official. They will not canvass on Monday, Nov. 12th in observance of Veterans Day.
